- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.
- Payment must be made in full before items are shipped

5. Shipping and Delivery
- We offer shipping to USA only!!!!!!
- Certain items will not be able to purchase for certain states
- will not be refunded if you order from one of those restricted states
- Estimated delivery times will be provided once items are fulfilled
- We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers
5. Returns and Refunds
Metal Products:
We do not accept returns on metal products. However, if a metal item arrives out of specification, we offer a 50% discount on a replacement.
To qualify:
Contact us via the official CastawaysCreations Instagram account.
Provide your order number, name, and a clear video showing the issue.
The out-of-spec item must be returned to us.
3D Printed Items:
3D printed items are non-refundable. If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will send a replacement—provided the damage is reasonable and supported with clear evidence.
Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or had missing parts.
6. User Accounts
Creating an account is optional but may be required for order tracking or future purchases. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree to NOT:
